In the event of personal data breach, CarbonX will notify the User and the MoCI within three days and will also issue a public notice in the case of an interference with public services or a severe impact on public interest.


Your personal data is retained as long as the purpose for which it was collected remains and until it is no longer necessary for any other legal or business purposes. After the retention period, your personal data will be deleted.


CarbonX uses cookies as long as the User uses the CarbonX site in improving the quality of the Site, to recognize and remember certain information on the User's browser including session management, service personalization and user activity recording. The User can choose to disable or personalize the cookies settings in the User's browser, but if so, certain functions of the Site's services will be limited.
